Well we're looking forward to another Bank Holiday Weekend here at Giftmonger. The weather forecast is a bit mixed but we're hoping it stays dry long enough to get a spot of gardening done...we might even try out these new Flower Grenades. They claim to transform dull areas into a flowery wilderness and out back is sure looking a bit neglected, in need of some TLC.
It's the final days of the Spring Sale over at Giftmonger - so if you've had your eye on something for a while...nows the time to get it before it's to late. There's lots of bargains to be had with some items up to HALF PRICE! Plus you can check out some of the new lines that have arrived this week, such as the fun Vimrod gifts range of novelty mugs. We've also had a few items featured on tv this last week. First it was the Rubik's Cube Salt and Pepper Mills on Heston Blumenthal's 70s Feast, and then the AK-47 Saturrator water pistols's were on the Gadget show!
Well, we've been having a busy few weeks of it here. The SSDT's have been and gone. What a great week that was and we were pretty lucky with the weather too - don't think it rained once the whole week the trials were on. We've also had lots of lovely new gifts in the shop including some new Black + Blum products and some handy compact kits packed full of essentials for the summer. Plus, tomorrow sees the return of the successful event 10 Under the Ben at Nevis Range - just a few miles from our door. A 10 hour mountain bike endurance race to see who can complete the most laps of the track in the 10 hours. Phew...sounds like a fun day oot but a lot of hard work! Good luck to all who enter.
